Wide-range of durable, easy peel labels
Brother TZe laminated tape cassettes are available in a wide range of colours and widths to give you even more labelling options. Each label incorporates a split-back, that makes the backing easy to remove. These laminated tapes are incredibly durable, and are designed to withstand extremes in temperature, sunlight, moisture, abrasion and chemicals.

This label printer is very good for the price. It prints very swiftly.
There is some tape wastage with each print initiation, but if you have a list of labels to print and use the "Chain print option", you can minimise the wastage.
Inserting a cartridge is very simple.

The machine is big enough for the buttons to be quite useable, unlike some of the other models, Would rate it 5 stars but for the wasted tape. The model we got seems to take only TZe tape, as TZe is written on the back of the tape cover.

Nice and compact little label printer. It uses 6 x AAA batteries. No power supply was provided. You can purchase one in SA, but it is a lot cheaper through some of the Chinese suppliers. Just take note that the minus is in the center of the power connector.

It is a good purchase. The instructions are sufficient but need more detail. Laminated tape is very expensive, though the generic tape is much less costly, and works just as well.

Tried this the day it arrived and batteries expired after approx 20 minutes. Just fitted brand new, 'good brand' heavy duty batteries, and had the low battery warning after 15 minutes. Considering it takes 6 x AAA batteries, that make's for very expensive labels.
